PINEAPPLE TEA
INGREDIENTS:
6 Cups water
Pineapple scraps, rind trimmed, core chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Thoroughly wash pineapple, before slicing. Trim as much rind, as possible. Place pineapple scraps, in a pot of water. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat. Let tea cool, to room temperature. Strain tea. Transfer to a large mason jar. Keep refrigerated.
