This recipe is from my daughter’s Home Economics class, in high school.

I made a few modifications. I use ground turkey that has been fortified with mushroom powder and KitchenBouquet browning and seasoning sauce. It gives the flavor of ground beef. See why the How To Make Ground Turkey Taste Like Ground Beef is a viral hack.

I also included ground sausage to the recipe. You can use up to half ground turkey and half sausage. There are various types of sausages you can use. Typically, I like breakfast sausage. Ground chorizo is another great option.

This recipe does double duty. I use it for meatloaf, as well as, meatballs. Cook the meatballs in Linda's Spaghetti Sauce, for a delicious Italian Style Meal.
