This is a new recipe, I created using Banana Flavored Milk. I can’t begin to tell you how fantastic this Banana French Toast is! It is carb friendly. More importantly, it tastes great. Eating it, felt like I was cheating on my diet.

BANANA FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS:
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Banana Flavored Milk (see recipe)
Dash Allspice
Dash Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Oil, for frying
1 Tablespoon Butter, for frying
6 Slices, Sara Lee 45 Whole Wheat Bread

TOPPINGS: (for 1 slice)
1/2 Teaspoon Butter
1 Teaspoon Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Heavy Whipped Cream
Sprinkle Cinnamon
2 Banana slices

DIRECTIONS:
Whisk egg, Banana Flavored Milk, allspice, and cinnamon, in a small shallow bowl. Heat and oil skillet, or griddle, over medium high heat. Coat skillet with butter. Dip bread, into egg mixture, coating well. Cook each side 2 to 3 minutes, until browned. To plate: top Banana French Toast with butter, syrup, whipped cream, cinnamon, and banana slices. Makes 6 slices.
